  1. Usage: XECHO [<flags>] <text>
  2.   XECHO is like ECHO, except that it takes flag arguments.
  3.  
  4. Available flags:
  5.   -LEVEL <level>  displays the message with the specified lastlog
  6.                   level. This is useful to change the window some
  7.                   messages are displayed in. This is the only way
  8.                   to generate a message with the USERLOG1-4 lastlog
  9.                   levels.
  10.   -WINDOW <winname> displays the text in the named window, if it can. 
  11.           If the window doesn't exist, then the -WINDOW flag
  12.            is ignored.
